The registration has a cost to the travel agencies?

No, registration is completely free.

Why is the promotion price lower than the regular price if I check the hotel directly?

Hotels subsidize up to 60% to 70% of the regular cost per night with the intention of publicizing their membership programs, which is why they require certain requirements to the client to be eligible.

Are my clients obliged to buy the membership?

No, there is no obligation; However, they must keep in mind that since it is a program subsidized by the vacation club, it requires the stipulated time, a vacation profile to be covered, and an honest opportunity from clients on the day of the sales presentation since it depends on it the success of the Fly & Buy or Minivacs programs.

How long does it take for a reservation request to be confirmed?

As soon as the complete information is received from the agencies, at that moment it is entered into the system and the process begins. The confirmation will depend on the time of sending the information, contact with the client and payment of the administrative fee, this can be from 24 to 72 hours’ business days in total to receive your confirmation.

Does it include transportation service for the clients?

Our Gran Tourism hotels provide arrival transportation included in packages. If you want to reserve the return transfer to the airport for your clients, you can do so at the following link: www.viajesin.com with preferential cost for being a VIAJES IN affiliated agency.

Is the transportation service for the clients safe?

We have our own fleet of vehicles to offer private and luxury services with preferential prices for all our affiliated agencies and clients. Our guarantee is the punctuality, professionalism and trust of all our operators.

What happens if the client’s need support in destination?

We have a customer service department so they can receive professional assistance.

Do I have to pay anything additional or the client at the hotel?

No, the only thing to cover is the administrative fee of 175 usd to release the confirmation number.
*Some hotels charge a hotel tax or beach cleaning tax that must be covered upon arrival at reception, but it is independent of VIAJES IN.

When the client receives the confirmation from the hotel it is the last step?

Yes. As soon as you receive the confirmation, you can leave everything in the hands of VIAJES IN, our staff will contact the client again twice before their trip to find out if there has been any change in dates or in terms of their flights or if they have any questions regarding their trip, our interest is to provide a service of excellence.

What does the All Inclusive of my package include?

The promotion gives you a special price which benefits like Unlimited All Inclusive.
Food - breakfast, lunch and dinner UNLIMITED.

Mini-bar in the room (if the hotel/resort offers it)

Tips.

What happens if my client cancels the trip due to an emergency situation?

We have the flexibility to change dates if the client notifies to us in advance and so as not to incur any penalty (15 days before the arrival dates) If they want to cancel the trip entirety and the administrative fee is already covered, this will be applied to the subsequent reservation in the system as long as it is not has generated any administrative expenses on the part of the client.

Can the client leave the hotel on the 3rd or 4th day of the trip due to a family emergency?

Yes, as long as they had been taking the sales presentation and notify us, so we will send a message to inform to the vacation club in time and they can check out without problems.

I have some questions. Can I talk with a VIAJES IN executive personally?

Yes, during office hours an executive will assist you by phone or message (WhatsApp or email) and answer all your questions, as well as assist you with a registration process as a travel agency.

Can I book hotels as a travel agency if I join the VIAJES IN membership and get preferential prices?
